Start your warm up before you even check in by parking further away from the Y. You will leave more spaces available for our members with mobility difficulties and kick off your workout with a nice walk at the same time.

A group exercise program designed to help adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives.
