*NEW* Monthly Nutrition Education
series at the HLC!

Come learn how nutrition plays a factor in controlling blood pressure and meet and build relationships with others who are working to better manage their health.  These events are free and last one hour.  Click HERE for the schedule. 

*NEW* Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program

Participants will work with trained Healthy Heart Ambassadors for the 4 month program to improve their heart health.  Monitor blood pressure, attend consultations and nutrition seminars.  This program is FREE.. for more information, click HERE.

4 Weeks To A Healthier You - 4-week program increasing self confidence to initiate and sustain positive healthy habits. New program starts every month!
Move Well Today - a diabetes exercise and education program for individuals diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes.

Enhance Fitness
A group exercise program designed to help adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives.  Classes are led by a certified instructor and progress is measured with a follow up fitness check after four months of attendance in class.  For more registration information - click HERE.
